Responsibility
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned partner accounts to ensure mutual growth and satisfaction.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners to expand RCBC Credit’s acquiring channels.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product) to create co-branded campaigns and joint initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with partners to secure favorable outcomes for RCBC Credit.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the financial services sector.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on partnership performance and market expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel management, strategic partnerships, or business development within the banking/financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing partner relationships and driving revenue growth through partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with digital payment systems, fintech solutions, and regulatory frameworks in the financial sector.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
