Skyro is seeking a highly motivated Sales Area Specialist to join our team in Palawan. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing the ALDI (Acquisition, Lending, Distribution, and Insight) model, driving our market presence, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our merchant partners and customers.
As a Sales Area Specialist, you will act as the face of Skyro on the ground. You will be responsible for merchant acquisition, maintaining strong business relationships, and ensuring that our financial solutions are accessible to the right customers. Responsibility
- Execute the ALDI business model to drive loan acquisitions and merchant partnerships within the assigned territory.
- Proactively scout, onboard, and manage retail merchants to utilize Skyro’s financing solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, address merchant concerns, and ensure operational compliance.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Train merchant staff on the application process, product features, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports and market analysis for the regional management team.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional engagement and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field sales, trade marketing, or merchant acquisition (Fintech experience is a strong plus).
- Strong local knowledge of the Palawan business landscape and commercial geography.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and mobile-based reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently in a field-based role.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated area in Palawan.
