Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned area.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Present and promote company products effectively to customers.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned sales area.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
