Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, distributors, and service centers to drive sales growth.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for automotive spare parts and lubricants.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to boost sales.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including forecasts, performance metrics, and customer insights.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and training sessions to stay updated on product innovations and sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive, spare parts, or lubricants industry.
  • Strong understanding of automotive products, including spare parts, oils, and maintenance solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and data analysis.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for business purposes.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
