Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise sales activities across assigned regions in Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar).
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
- Lead and mentor sales teams through classroom training, on-the-job coaching, and field-based learning.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners.
- Organize and participate in sales meetings, product launches, and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales protocols, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, regional management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of Bali’s market dynamics and customer preferences.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned regions (e.g., Badung, Kuta, Nusa Dua).
