Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the application of engineering solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales and application management within the engineering sector.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering applications, market trends, and industry best practices.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
