Responsibility
- Handle day-to-day banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored financial solutions.
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, and investment options, to meet client needs.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Assist clients with digital banking platforms, including online and mobile banking, to enhance their banking experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, contributing to the bank’s long-term success.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets and deliver outstanding service to our clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, financial products, and market developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or banking (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
