Responsibility
- Assist in planning and executing financial statement audits for clients in banking, fintech, and financial services.
- Perform risk assessments and evaluate internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Analyze financial data, identify anomalies, and prepare audit documentation under senior supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess operational processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Support the preparation of audit reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends affecting audit practices.
- Participate in client meetings, demonstrating professionalism and clear communication.
- Contribute to team discussions on emerging risks, such as ESG reporting and digital transformation in audit.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (final-year students preferred).
- Strong academic record with a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of audit methodologies, financial reporting, and accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities, internships, or volunteer work.
- Eligibility to work in Indonesia (visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates).
