Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain retail banking clients in assigned regions.
- Promote and sell a full suite of banking products, including savings accounts, time deposits, current accounts, investments, and insurance.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
- Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend personalized banking solutions to meet client objectives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for retail funding products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive products, and regulatory changes in the banking sector.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail banking, sales, or relationship management, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with banking systems is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
