Responsibility
- Execute daily outbound sales outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
- Identify and qualify potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage and update the CRM database to ensure accurate contact information and engagement logs.
- Schedule appointments and discovery calls between prospects and the sales team.
- Create personalized outreach templates to improve response rates.
- Monitor and report on outreach performance metrics, identifying areas for process optimization.
- Engage in follow-up sequences to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Assistant, Lead Generator, or Virtual Assistant.
- Proven ability to write persuasive, professional, and grammatically correct English communication.
- Strong understanding of sales outreach platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
