Responsibility
- Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior staff, using calendar tools and prioritizing conflicting demands.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of important documents and records.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and other financial documents, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless collaboration and information flow.
- Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to maintain a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, photocopying, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or in a similar role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Optimistic and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and industry best practices.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is advantageous.
