Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue targets across B2B, B2C, and B2G segments.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, including digital campaigns, branding, and promotional activities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisitions to expand market reach.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure alignment between sales goals and business capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, consumers, and government agencies.
- Oversee the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of success in B2B, B2C, and B2G sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent command of English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
