Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach in Bali’s key regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and end customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Present and demonstrate roofing products to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction market and local business practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
