Responsibility
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings to promote products/services.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s competitive market.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
- Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and networking functions to build relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance sales and marketing skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic CRM tools (training provided).
- Willingness to travel locally within Bali and occasionally for regional opportunities.
