Responsibility
- Develop and execute digital sales strategies to drive e-commerce revenue growth across platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia).
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to generate high-quality leads and conversions.
- Identify and nurture potential clients through outbound outreach, email marketing, and CRM tools.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, conversion rates) and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize listings, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce partners and marketplace vendors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales, digital marketing, or lead generation.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and e-commerce platforms.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of the health/wellness industry is a significant advantage.
