In this role, you’ll develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, leveraging paid advertising, organic SEO, social media, and OTA platforms to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine campaigns, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights that fuel business expansion. Responsibility

  • Develop and implement end-to-end B2B digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Optimize performance across paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads), organic SEO, social media, and OTA platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data, user behavior, and market trends to refine targeting and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, including CAC, LTV, and engagement metrics, to stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets efficiently, allocating resources to high-performing channels and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to enhance landing pages, ad creatives, and user journeys.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B growth strategies.
  • Proven track record in managing paid advertising, SEO, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
