Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones in Bali’s competitive wellness market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities for Khz Wellness services.
- Create and manage digital marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of promotions, packages, and loyalty programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, hotels, and tourism partners to generate B2B sales leads.
- Track and analyze KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, ROI) to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Assist in organizing and promoting wellness events, workshops, and community outreach initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the wellness, hospitality, or service industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving customer engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, Google Analytics, CRM software).
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaigns and promotional materials.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
