Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients in the logistics and container industry.
- Conduct telesales and social selling campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Perform market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, presentations, and tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals and customer needs.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals to key decision-makers.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer acquisition costs.
- Stay updated on industry developments and adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in logistics, shipping, or B2B services.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage clients professionally.
- Proven track record in telesales, cold calling, or social selling (LinkedIn, email, etc.).
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate market opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities with a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
