Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase revenue.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their sales and customer service skills.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
