Responsibility
- Provide personalized consultations to customers, understanding their flooring needs and recommending suitable products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and in-store engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on the benefits, features, and maintenance of various flooring materials.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution from sale to completion.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and pricing to offer competitive solutions.
- Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales service to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring showroom displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Prepare and present sales reports, tracking performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home improvement, flooring, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative sales approach.
- Basic understanding of flooring materials (e.g., hardwood, tile, vinyl, laminate) is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
