Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote loan and fintech products, ensuring clear communication of benefits and terms.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets for customer acquisition and loan disbursements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns, including digital ads, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, personalized consultations, and exceptional service.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product improvements or new services.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements in the lending and fintech industries.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service within the lending, loan, or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, social media analytics).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
