Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across digital and traditional channels.
- Create and manage multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing) aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, refine messaging, and optimize the customer journey for maximum conversion.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and areas for innovation.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems) to measure ROI and adjust strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and influencers to expand brand reach and credibility.
- Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with company values and visual identity.
- Support product launches and promotions with targeted, high-impact marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or brand management, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and driving measurable business growth.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO platforms, email marketing software).
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills to derive actionable insights from performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with a knack for crafting compelling content.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is advantageous.
