Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO) to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the product and creative teams to develop persuasive sales materials and promotions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to represent the company and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media platforms).
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Indonesian language is a plus.
