Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipyards, offshore companies, and marine clients in Bali and across Indonesia.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ship repair, spare parts, and marine equipment sectors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, and operations) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to foster long-term client loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the marine, offshore, or shipyard industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of ship repair processes, marine spare parts, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive under pressure.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia as required.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
