Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth targets in the forwarding and transportation sector.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to exceed performance goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including client acquisitions and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics.

Qualifications
