Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Bali.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting KPIs and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, and email marketing, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and ROI to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in digital marketing, CRM tools, and data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
