Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth in the construction industry.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, client acquisitions, and market expansion.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, and email marketing, to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
