Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive student enrolments.
- Conduct engaging and informative campus tours for prospective students and their families.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, schools, and community partners.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing efforts.
- Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrolment process.
- Represent the school at educational fairs, community events, and other promotional activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to prospective and current students.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for education and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
