Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels, to promote our packaging solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the packaging or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.

- Willingness to travel and engage with clients across Bali and beyond.
