Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for premium automotive brands.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including dealerships, corporate buyers, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in Bali’s automotive sector.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design targeted campaigns and promotions that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from inquiry to delivery, ensuring seamless customer journeys.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the luxury or premium vehicle segment.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of automotive industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
