Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets for the specialty chemicals, flavors, and fragrances segment in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Conduct regular client visits to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the companyâs market presence through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and marketing, to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and drive sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention, fostering repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field. A masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the specialty chemicals, flavors, fragrances, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in the specialty chemicals sector.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a strong advantage.
