Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their Hajj travel needs and preferences.
- Present and explain Hajj package details, including itineraries, accommodations, and additional services, to prospective pilgrims.
- Guide clients through the registration, payment, and documentation processes for Hajj bookings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by proactively engaging with potential customers through calls, meetings, and digital channels.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination of travel logistics, visas, and other pre-departure requirements.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Stay updated on Hajj regulations, package updates, and industry trends to offer accurate and competitive solutions.
- Participate in local community events, mosques, and Islamic centers to promote Hajj packages and build brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or the travel industry (Hajj/Umrah experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Hajj rituals, requirements, and travel logistics (training will be provided for the right candidate).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for managing client data and sales pipelines.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings or promotional activities.
