Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base in Baliās key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
- Manage and nurture relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products and address any client concerns related to quality or logistics.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing, payment collections, and financial reporting for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials that align with client needs and market demands.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the manufacturing industry.
- 8-10 years of experience in accounting or financial management, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
