Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients and strategic partners to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements that align with company objectives and client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, pitches, and contracts to prospective and existing clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in telecom and digital solutions.
- Represent Simba Telecom at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions in Bali and beyond.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in telecom, IT, or digital services.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Passion for building long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
