Responsibility
- Lead and manage the branch’s sales and operational teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion in Bali.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the branch.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.
- Collaborate with headquarters to align branch operations with corporate objectives and standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, with at least 2 years in a Branch Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-informed decisions.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High personal integrity and ethical standards with a commitment to professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and performance tracking tools is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or travel within Bali as required.
