Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through direct sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
- Promote and sell our premium services, emphasizing affordability, unlimited usage, and superior customer support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns tailored to Bali’s diverse market.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client retention and positive referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to refine sales approaches.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve skills and results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales, B2B sales, or retail sales, preferably in the telecommunications, digital services, or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking software (training will be provided).
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape, including expat communities, co-working spaces, and local enterprises.
- High energy, resilience, and a positive attitude in a competitive sales environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to meet clients and attend networking events.
