Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for heavy equipment rentals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in Bali’s construction, mining, and logistics sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, developers, and government agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive pricing, and emerging opportunities in the equipment rental industry.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of rented equipment.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in heavy equipment, industrial machinery, or rental services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of construction equipment, rental market dynamics, and customer needs in Bali.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
