Responsibility
- Develop and execute digital advertising strategies to accelerate international growth for app developers, with a focus on the Vietnamese market.
- Consult with app developers to identify scalable growth opportunities using Google’s advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, AdMob).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to refine targeted ad campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to developers on user acquisition, monetization, and retention strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with app developers, acting as a trusted advisor for growth solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in mobile advertising, app ecosystems, and regional market dynamics.
- Deliver presentations and training to internal and external stakeholders on best practices for app growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in digital advertising, sales, or business development, preferably in the tech or mobile app industry.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, AdMob, or other mobile advertising platforms.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau) to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for mobile apps, gaming, or fintech industries is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while collaborating with global teams.
