Responsibility
- Proactively contact and engage with potential clients via phone, email, and other digital channels to generate leads and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
- Accurately document all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to deliver compelling sales pitches.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
