Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new corporate clients across Bali’s key business districts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads in industries like hospitality, retail, and co-working.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers through in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company pricing, terms, and service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to customize proposals and deliver seamless client onboarding.
- Track sales performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, revenue targets) and report progress to management.
- Stay updated on product/service enhancements to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand your professional network.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development (preferably in Bali or Southeast Asia).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in fluent English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a field-based role, managing your own schedule and territory.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Deep understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and KPI-driven performance.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently across Bali’s business hubs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
