Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Small, Medium, and Large customers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative and sales support, including order processing, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of logistics services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base in Bali.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote logistics services and special offers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in logistics or express delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in a contract or temporary role is advantageous but not required.
