Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in the global logistics and supply chain sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international shippers, freight forwarders, and corporate clients.
- Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to deliver end-to-end logistics solutions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in logistics.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, freight, or shipping industries.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Deep understanding of global logistics operations, including air/sea freight, customs, and warehousing.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel regionally or internationally as required.
