Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Cimory dairy products.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in assigned territories (Denpasar, Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, trade activations, and in-store merchandising strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical business practices.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and competitive analysis to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Supervisor or similar leadership role within the FMCG industry, preferably in dairy or beverage products.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of distribution channels, retail dynamics, and trade marketing in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, reporting, and CRM tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, or similar).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
