Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Small, Medium, and Large enterprise clients in Bali.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Provide administrative support for sales processes, including contract preparation and client documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in field sales, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and logistics industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for customer service.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
