Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Natrad Food’s presence in the HORECA channel across Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients and internal staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food service or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the HORECA sector and Bali’s hospitality market is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
