Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract prospective students and promote Auto Prima College’s programs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences for student recruitment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, communities, and industry partners to expand our network.
- Organize and participate in education fairs, open days, and campus tours to engage with potential students.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and social media campaigns.
- Track and analyze enrollment metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust as needed.
- Provide personalized consultations to prospective students and parents, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless transition for new students from inquiry to enrollment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving student enrollment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis to track recruitment performance.
- Passion for education and student development with a customer-centric approach.
