Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and suppliers to drive sales and secure bookings.
- Coordinate and oversee banquet and event operations, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing to potential clients, negotiating terms to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including catering, housekeeping, and front office, to deliver exceptional event experiences.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Manage client inquiries, site inspections, and follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards during all events.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the event process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, event management, or banquet operations within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus.
