Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth market and sales data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist the Head of Operations Manager in developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports with actionable insights for senior management.
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Utilize CRM and BI tools to track customer behavior and sales funnel performance.
- Support the development of forecasting models to predict sales trends and demand.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SQL or Python for data analysis is advantageous.
