Responsibility
- Collect, process, and validate sales data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance against targets.
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics to provide actionable insights to the sales and management teams.
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Automate reporting processes using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to improve efficiency.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities in sales processes and recommend data-backed solutions.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting by providing accurate sales projections.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus for data extraction and manipulation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to non-technical audiences.
