Responsibility

  • Develop and negotiate service agreements and contracts tailored to client needs in the industrial and logistics sectors.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through proactive outreach, market research, and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, finance) to ensure seamless delivery of service solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their operational challenges and proposing value-driven solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and reports to stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
  • Monitor contract performance, renewals, and upsell opportunities to maximize customer retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Konecranes’ product/service portfolio.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales, technical, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
